Orientation for this 12-Week Boot Camp will be on Tuesday January 9, 2024 at 6pm Central Time (7:00pm Eastern Time). 

Boot Camp procedure, participation requirements and expectations will be discussed during the orientation. Each participant will receive the Your First 100K Boot Camp Guide Book after they complete their orientation session.

The 12-Week Boot Camp starts on January 16, 2024 and ends on April 2, 2024. The participants meet every week for 12 weeks with the Boot Camp Coach for one hour each week virtually using Zoom.  The meeting Zoom links for both the orientation and the weekly meetings will be provided prior to the orientation.
